An act to amend Section 10852 of the Vehicle Code, relating to vehicles.

Existing law prohibits a person from injuring, tampering with, or removing any part of, a vehicle.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 10852 of the Vehicle Code is amended to read:

10852.
 No person shall either individually individually, or in association with one or more other persons, wilfully injure damage or tamper with any vehicle or the contents thereof or break or remove any part of a vehicle without the consent of the owner.
