An act to amend Section 10852 of the Vehicle Code, relating to vehicles.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
SB 1288, as introduced, Umberg.
Vehicles: tampering.
Existing law prohibits a person from injuring, tampering with, or removing any part of, a vehicle.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
