   An act to amend Section 100 of the Insurance Code, relating to
insurance.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 100 of the Insurance Code is amended to read:
