An act to amend Section 2465 of the Probate Code, relating to guardianship and conservatorship.

AB 3283, as introduced, Fong. Guardianship and conservatorship: estate management powers.
Existing law establishes the powers and duties of a guardian or conservator of an estate. Existing law allows a guardian or conservator to dispose of or abandon valueless property.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to this provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 2465 of the Probate Code is amended to read:

2465.
 The guardian or conservator may dispose of or abandon valueless property. property that is valueless.
