CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2023–2024 REGULAR SESSION
Assembly Bill
No. 3249
Introduced by Assembly Member Arambula |
February 16, 2024 |
An act to amend Section 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure, relating to courts.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 3249, as introduced, Arambula.
Courts: days of business.
Existing law authorizes courts of justice to administer judicial remedies. Existing law authorizes courts of justice to be held, and judicial business to be transacted, on any day other than a judicial holiday.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision.
