An act to amend Section 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure, relating to courts.

AB 3249, as introduced, Arambula. Courts: days of business.
Existing law authorizes courts of justice to administer judicial remedies. Existing law authorizes courts of justice to be held, and judicial business to be transacted, on any day other than a judicial holiday.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure is amended to read:

133.
 Courts of justice may be held and judicial business may be transacted on any day, except as provided in this article.
