CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2019–2020 REGULAR SESSION
Assembly Bill | No. 323 |
Introduced by Assembly Member Daly |
January 30, 2019 |
An act to amend Section 67800 of the Government Code, relating to military base reuse.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 323, as introduced, Daly.
Military base reuse authorities.
Existing law, the Military Base Reuse Authority Act, authorizes a city or county in which a military base is located to establish an authority with specified powers and duties, upon the adoption of appropriate resolutions, to plan for, finance, and manage the transition of the military base from military to civilian use.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
