An act to amend Section 67800 of the Government Code, relating to military base reuse.

AB 323, as introduced, Daly. Military base reuse authorities.
Existing law, the Military Base Reuse Authority Act, authorizes a city or county in which a military base is located to establish an authority with specified powers and duties, upon the adoption of appropriate resolutions, to plan for, finance, and manage the transition of the military base from military to civilian use.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 67800 of the Government Code is amended to read:

67800.
 This title shall be known known, and may be cited cited, as the Military Base Reuse Authority Act.
