An act to amend Section 721 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, relating to taxation.

AB 3034, as introduced, Chen. Property taxation: assessment.
Existing property tax law requires the State Board of Equalization to assess the property that the California Constitution requires it to assess.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to this provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 721 of the Revenue and Taxation Code is amended to read:

721.
 The board shall annually value and assess all of the taxable property within the state that is required to be assessed by it pursuant to Section 19 of Article XIII of the Constitution and any legislative authorization thereunder.
