LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 1847, as introduced, Essayli. Child welfare services: report.
Existing law requires the State Department of Social Services to report every 3rd year, commencing in 1989, to the Legislature on the operation and progress of the child welfare services program, and include specified child abuse case information.
This bill would instead require the department to make that report annually.
