AB 1718, as introduced, Wallis. Crimes: sentencing.
Existing law designates certain acts or omissions as crimes, prohibits those acts or omissions, and prescribes punishments for persons who violate those prohibitions.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the sentencing of criminal offenders.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
