   Existing law establishes the offense of arson.
   This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation relating to arson.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation relating to arson.
