CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE— 2017–2018 REGULAR SESSION

Assembly Bill No. 1042

Introduced by Assembly Member Quirk-Silva

February 16, 2017

An act to amend Section 32283.5 of the Education Code, relating to school safety.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 1042, as introduced, Quirk-Silva. School safety plans.
Existing law requires the State Department of Education to develop an online training module to assist all school staff, school administrators, parents, pupils, and community members in increasing their knowledge of the dynamics of bullying and cyberbullying.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
