Summary
An act to amend Section 22217 of the Education Code, and to amend Sections 7522.34 and 20228 of, to add Sections 7512.5, 20140, 20141, 20418, and 20818 to, and to add Article 5 (commencing with Section 7523) to Chapter 21 of Division 7 of Title 1 of, the Government Code, relating to public employees’ retirement, and making an appropriation therefor.
