Summary
An act to amend Sections 27, 101, 146, 149, and 473.1 of the Business and Professions Code, to add Chapter 8.5 (commencing with Section 95000) to, and to add and repeal Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 94800) of, Part 59 of Division 10 of Title 3 of the Education Code, relating to private postsecondary education, and making an appropriation therefor.
