Summary
An act to amend Section 2216.2 of the Business and Professions Code, to amend Sections 51003 and 51007 of the Financial Code, to amend Sections 675.5, 703, 703.1, 1620, 1760, 1760.5, 1760.7, 1761, 1763, 1763.1, 1764, 1764.1, 1764.2, 1764.3, 1765.1, 1765.2, 1765.3, 1765.4, 1766, 1768, 1774, 1775.4, 1775.5, 1779, and 1780.56 of, and to add Sections 1760.1, 1760.2, and 1765.5 to, the Insurance Code, and to amend Section 13210 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, relating to surplus line brokers, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
