Summary
An act to amend Sections 27, 101, 144, 205.1, 19300, 19300.5, 19302, 19302.1, 19306, 19332.5, 19335, 19350, 19351, and 19352 of, to amend the heading of Article 5 (commencing with Section 19326) of Chapter 3.5 of Division 8 of, and to amend the heading of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 19300) of Division 8 of, the Business and Professions Code, to amend Section 12029 of the Fish and Game Code, to amend Section 9147.7 of the Government Code, to amend Sections 11362.769, 11362.775, and 11362.777 of the Health and Safety Code, to amend Section 31020 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, and to amend Section 13276 of the Water Code, relating to medical cannabis.
