AN ACT

 

amending Title 15, chapter 12, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-1475; RELATING to community colleges.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 15, chapter 12, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-1475, to read:

START_STATUTE15-1475.  Community college bookstores; exclusive financial aid arrangements with students; prohibition

If a bookstore operated by a community college district institutes a program or policy that allows students to use anticipated or delayed financial aid payments to engage in financial transactions at that bookstore, the community college district shall allow private retailers equal access to participate in the same program or policy.
