AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-216; relating to the state board of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-216, to read:
15-216. Teacher evaluator training programs; rules
on or before April 15, 2015, the state board of education, in consultation with the department of education, a statewide organization that represents public school teachers and a statewide organization that represents public school administrators, shall adopt rules for teacher evaluator training programs that include required training elements.
