Providing for the lease of certain state parks.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Lease of state parks

The state parks board established by title 41, chapter 3, article 1.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, shall enter into a lease agreement with an incorporated city or town that is adjacent to a state park that provides fishing and boating facilities along the Colorado river to lease that state park.  If agreed to by the city or town, the lease agreement shall be for a period of twenty‑five years with lease payments of no more than fifty thousand dollars per year.
