AN ACT

 

amending section 11‑448, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the sheriff.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 11-448, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE11-448.  Duty to show process

The officer executing process shall then, and so as long as he retains it, upon on request, show a conformed copy of the process, with all papers attached, to any interested person. END_STATUTE
