AN ACT
amending title 44, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 26; relating to cellular telephone companies.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 44, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 26, to read:
ARTICLE 26. CELLULAR TELEPHONE COMPANIES
44-1382. Cellular telephone companies; contract option to view child's text messages
A contract between a federal communications commission licensed cellular telephone company and a customer must offer the customer the option to retrieve and view text messages that are sent from or received by the customer's minor child's cellular telephone.� The contract may include an additional fee for this option.
