AN ACT

 

Amending title 17, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 17-347; relating to the taking and handling of wildlife.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 17, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 17-347, to read:

START_STATUTE17-347.  Veterans; bonus point

The department shall award a bonus point under this title to a person who submits satisfactory proof to the department that the person is an honorably discharged veteran of the armed forces of the United States. END_STATUTE
