SENATE BILL 1147

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the office of commodity development and promotion.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; office of commodity development and promotion; exemption

A.  The sum of $300,000 and two FTE positions are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the office of commodity development and promotion to be deposited in the commodity promotion fund for programs provided pursuant to section 3‑109.02, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B.  The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
