appropriating monies to the Arizona department of housing.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona department of housing; down payment or mortgage interest rate assistance

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Arizona department of housing to distribute to homebuyers in the form of down payment or mortgage interest rate assistance.
