An Act
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 85
The sum of $6,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to design and engineer improvements on State Route 85 between mile post 123 and Maricopa Road.
