requiring the department of education to develop a performance pay plan for teachers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Department of education; performance pay plan

The department of education shall develop and publish on its website a performance pay plan for teachers on or before December 31, 2011.
