AN ACT
appropriating
monies to the water supply development revolving fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; water supply development revolving fund
The sum of $50,000,000 is appropriated from the state general
fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the water supply development revolving fund
established by section 49-1271, Arizona Revised Statutes.
