AN ACT
making an appropriation to the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona for water infrastructure projects.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona; water infrastructure projects
The sum of $4,835,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona for water infrastructure projects. The authority shall administer the monies appropriated by this section and consult with a tribal water users association located along the border between Utah and this state for planning and developing critical water supply and infrastructure on tribal lands.
