AN ACT

 

APPROPRIATING monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; Navajo nation bridge replacement projects

The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the department of transportation to distribute to the Navajo nation for the following:

1.  $5,500,000 for the Lupton chapter bridge replacement project.

2.  $3,000,000 for the Steamboat chapter bridge replacement project.

3.  $3,000,000 for the Greasewood chapter bridge replacement project.

4.  $3,000,000 for the Chinle chapter bridge replacement project.
