An Act
appropriating monies to the governor's office on tribal relations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; governor's office on tribal relations; San Carlos Apache college; remedial education
The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the governor's office on tribal relations established by section 41-2051, Arizona Revised Statutes, to distribute to San Carlos Apache college for remedial education of students who are enrolled in classes conducted at the college.
