AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-117; relating to public schools.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-117, to read:
15-117. Enrollment incentives; electronic devices; prohibition
A public school may not offer to a child or a parent any electronic device as an incentive to enroll a child at the school, regardless of whether the device was purchased with public monies or monies from a private source.
