AN ACT

 

Requiring the Arizona health care cost containment system administration to seek federal authorization to reimburse Indian and tribal health providers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  AHCCCS; federal authorization; reimbursement for adult dental services

The Arizona health care cost containment system administration shall seek federal authorization to reimburse the Indian health services and tribal and urban Indian health programs to cover the cost of adult dental services provided to Indian health service‑eligible beneficiaries in excess of the limits prescribed in sections 36‑2907 and 36‑2939, Arizona Revised Statutes, and received through these entities.
