AN ACT
repealing section 9-495, arizona revised statutes; relating to municipal taxes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Repeal
Section 9-495, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
Sec. 2. Legislative intent
Pursuant to section 41‑1107, Arizona Revised Statutes, it is the legislature's intent to remove unnecessary tax burdens from the residents of this state.
