AN ACT

 

amending title 38, chapter 3, article 4, arizona revised statues, by adding section 38-451; relating to local government website.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-451, to read:

START_STATUTE38-451.  Local government website; domain name; definition

A county that operates a website may use the domain name .(name of county)county.AZ.GOV and a city or town that operates a website may use the domain name .(name of city or town).AZ.GOV. END_STATUTE
