AN ACT
amending title 32, chapter 20, ARTICLE 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 32-2185.05; relating to sale of subdivided lands.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 32, chapter 20, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-2185.05, to read:
32-2185.05. Sales; disclosure of impact fees
Any agreement for the purchase of subdivided land from a subdivider, owner or agent shall clearly disclose in an itemized list the impact fees, permit fees or other per unit costs on the development and sale of the property that were imposed by the city, town or county in which property is located.
