AN ACT

 

amending section 6‑121, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the department of financial institutions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 6-121, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE6-121.  Examination; supervision

All financial institutions and enterprises shall be subject to examination and supervision by the department.  If during the examination the department discovers that the products and services that are offered by the financial institutions and enterprises violate federal or state law, the department shall refer the violation to the attorney general for enforcement.
