An Act

 

appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Supplemental appropriation; department of economic security; Graham county rehabilitation center; uses; exemption

The appropriation made by Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 29, for the Graham county rehabilitation center line item:

1. Includes $800,000 to remodel the Graham county rehabilitation center facilities in Safford and Willcox.

2. Is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations until June 30, 2025.
