AN ACT

 

amending section 3‑912, Arizona Revised Statutes: relating to native plants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 3-912, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE3-912.  Rules; additional notice requirements

A.  The director shall adopt rules to enforce this chapter pursuant to title 41, chapter 6.

B.  In addition to the notice requirements prescribed in title 41, chapter 6, at least thirty days before any hearing at which a new rule or a change in a rule will be considered the department shall:

1.  Send a copy of the notice by first class mail to persons or entities requesting notice pursuant to section 3‑904, subsection E.

2.  Post the notice on the department's website. END_STATUTE
