AN ACT
Amending title 23, chapter 2, article 1, arizona revised statutes, by adding section 23-207; relating to employment practices.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 23, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 23-207, to read:
23-207. Employers; businesses; COVID-19 vaccine; record; antibody test
A. notwithstanding any other law, a public or private employer that requires employees to receive a covid-19 vaccine as a condition of employment must accept either of the following:
1. A Covid-19 vaccination record.
2. a Covid-19 antibody test.
B. Notwithstanding any other law, any business that requires patrons to present documentation regarding Covid-19 vaccination status must accept either of the following:
1. A covid-19 vaccination record.
