An Act
appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Supplemental appropriation; department of education; basic state aid and additional state aid entitlement; Apache Junction; Show Low
In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $34,086,450 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of education to distribute to school districts with fewer than three thousand students to eliminate the reduction in basic state aid and additional state aid entitlement made pursuant to Laws 2021, chapter 408, section 130, subsection A.
