amending section 41-5001, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to valid IDENTIFICATION.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 41-5001, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE41-5001.  Valid identification; consular identification cards

This state or any political subdivision of this state shall not accept a consular identification card that is issued by a foreign government as a valid form of identification. END_STATUTE
