AN ACT

 

providing for a temporary reduction in the compensation of the director or other administrative head of each budget unit.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Budget unit; director; compensation; temporary decrease

Notwithstanding any other law, for fiscal year 2011-2012, the compensation of the director or other administrative head of each budget unit is decreased by ten per cent.
