AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the administrative office of the courts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; administrative office of the courts; Pinon judicial and public safety complex

The sum of $3,400,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the administrative office of the courts to distribute to the Navajo Nation for architectural planning and design costs for the Pinon judicial and public safety complex for the Dzil Yijiin judicial district.
