AN ACT
amending Title 8, chapter 4, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 8-828; relating to the department of child safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 8, chapter 4, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 8-828, to read:
8-828. Return of child to home; unannounced visits
the department may make an unannounced visit to a child's home if the department has cause to believe that the department is not getting accurate information about the child's home during announced visits to the home.
