AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to arizona Community colleges.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; community college districts

A.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Pima county community college district for the following purposes:

1.  $6,493,500 for operating state aid.

2.  $1,771,700 for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

B.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Maricopa county community college district for the following purposes:

1.  $7,409,500 for operating state aid.

2.  $8,723,000 for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

C.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Cochise county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

D.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Coconino county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

E.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Gila county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

F.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Graham county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

G.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Mohave county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

H.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Navajo county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

I.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $618,100 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Pinal county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

J.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Santa Cruz county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

K.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Yavapai county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.

L.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to Yuma/LaPaz county community college district for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs state aid.
