amending title 41, chapter 7, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-1108; relating to the legislature.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 41, chapter 7, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-1108, to read:

START_STATUTE41-1108.  Statement of constitutional authority

Every bill and resolution shall state the authority under the constitution of this state that allows the legislature to take the action proposed in the bill or resolution.  END_STATUTE
