AN ACT

 

repealing Laws 2015, chapter 13, section 8; appropriating monies; relating to the water quality assurance revolving fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal; transfers

A.  Laws 2015, chapter 13, section 8 is repealed.

B.  The state treasurer shall make the transfers required by section 49‑282, subsection B, Arizona Revised Statutes, for fiscal year 2015‑2016.
