amending section 15-361, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to school district governing boards.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 15-361, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE15-361.  Establishment of evening and night schools; admission of students; tuition

The governing board of a school district may establish an evening or night school when in its judgment the school is necessary or convenient.� The school shall be open for admission of children persons between the ages of fourteen and twenty‑one years, but this shall not be construed as a requirement for a full course of study therein nor as requiring the admission of a person to a class beyond his educational attainments.  The schools shall be open to persons over twenty‑one years of age only upon payment of tuition as provided by law.
