AN ACT
amending section 15-516, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to school employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 15-516, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
15-516. Teacher immunity
A full‑time teacher who is employed by a school district or a charter school is immune from personal liability for all acts done and actions taken in good faith both in:
1. Evaluating or grading any student.
2. Disciplining any student if the teacher disciplines the student in accordance with law.
