FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
The Griffin floor amendment clarifies that the final rule should be published by August 31st and urges the U.S. Congress to pass H.R. 594 that prohibits the EPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers from administering or enforcing the proposed federal rule defining Waters of the U.S. under the Clean Water Act.
