“5. FOR EACH CONTINUATION OF A DEALER’S LICENSE IF ISSUED ANNUALLY, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS, OF WHICH ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS SHALL BE DEPOSITED IN THE STATE GENERAL FUND, PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 35-146 AND 35-147, AND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN THE ARIZONA HIGHWAY USER REVENUE FUND.”
