Strike line 10, insert "THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION SHALL ESTABLISH A PILOT PROGRAM TO DEVELOP A MENU OF ASSESSMENTS FOR GRADES THREE THROUGH EIGHT BY THE BEGINNING OF THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR."
